  4. Open Medscience has the right to terminate and/or suspend your access to the website www.openmedscience.com without giving prior notice and explanation in certain circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Open Medscience does not allow the cancellation of the article processing charge (APC) once the article enters the peer review process or if the article is published online.
  2. You may only cancel the article submission in the first 72 hours (during the Quick View period) from the point of initial submission.

Refund Policy

  1. Open Medscience article processing charge (APC) takes into account the peer review process, editorial, article preparation for publication on website, HTML and PDF article formats, social media and administration procedures.
  2. Payment for article processing charges should be confirmed by the author and/or institution during the manuscript submission process.
  3. A request for the payment will be made from Open Medscience to the author and/or institution once the article is accepted for publication.
  4. Open Medscience will only refund the article processing charges if the article has not been published within two weeks of article acceptance.
  5. A refund will only be given if Open Medscience delays the publication.
  6. No refund will be given if the article has been published in other media forms.
